Use the form. A written outline produces a better first answer than a call.

What helps in a first message

• Your current nationality or nationalities and where you are resident.
• What you want the passport for — travel, contingency, business mobility.
• Whether the application covers you alone or a family, with children's ages.
• Every country you have lived in for six months or more in the past decade.
• How the funds were accumulated and what records evidence it.
• Anything adverse in your background: screening will surface it regardless.

Not through the form

Passport scans, bank statements, card details, account credentials.

One thing we will not help with

Obtaining a diplomatic or official passport. They are not available for purchase, any offer to sell one is fraudulent, and no legitimate adviser will assist with it.

How enquiries are handled

Confidentially and only to reply. Retention is covered in the privacy policy. An automated filter screens submissions and is occasionally wrong.
